Microsoft Windows 11 is the 11th major version of its name, released in October 2021 for desktop computers and in August 2023 for laptops. It represents a significant upgrade to the previous versions of the operating system and brings several notable changes to improve performance, security, and user experience.

– Improved Performance: Windows 11 introduces numerous performance improvements, including reduced latency, faster boot times, and enhanced multitasking capabilities.
– Enhanced Security: It features a robust security framework, including improved threat detection, a redesigned User Account Control (UAC), and the introduction of the “Smart App Limits” feature to control background processes.
